Shri B M Shah Mahavidyalay has the required physical infrastructure and the facilities available for its academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and sports as detailed below :

Some of the infrastructural facilities available for the academic activities are also used for co-curricular activities, LCD Projector, Library with a vast collection of 8655 books, 80 magazines, reading room for 80 students at a time, Notice Board, Central Announcement System, Musical Instruments, Over Head Projector Playground, Pavilion, Natural Gas Plant, health centre, equipment for NSS activities, equipment for projects and our Prayer Hall.

Hall for extra-curricular activities like musical evening and different types of celebrations and occasions viz. NSS programmes, gram safai, save girl-child, public awareness and de-addiction programmes, etc.

Musical instruments like Harmonium, Tablas, Cassettes and CD player, Microphone System, etc.

A vast open sports ground for sports and games like cricket, volleyball, base ball, kho-kho, etc.

The above physical infrastructure is with modest facilities in terms of classrooms, library, laboratories, sports facilities, principal and administrative offices, hygienic sanitations and sufficient open spaces

The common facilities available with the institution are :

1) Staff quarters are allotted to each and every staff members of the institute.
2) Staff room for teaching staff with the facilities of chairs, cupboards, fans, sanitation, wash basin, mirror, etc.
3) We have a common room.
4) The college has a telephone line connection of BSNL.
5) A separate parking place for staff, student and differently-abled students is identified on the campus.
6) The institution provides free services of health centre for staff and students.
7) The institution provides Grahak Bhandar [Provision store] facilities with hygienic quality of item and subsidized rates.
8) The institution has a common guest house for the all sister concern institutions on the campus.
9) A special facility of STD coin box has been developed on the campus for the students, staff and other visitors of the institution.

Moreover, the management provides financial and infrastructural facilities to carry various activities like camps, educational tours by allowing them to use transport facilities. Shri B M Mahavidyalaya was established under the banner of Gandhi
Ashram Trust and has been working since the 7th September 1964. The institute is affiliated to Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University since 12th June 1984. Hence the academic planning and management of B.R.S. course is done by our faculty members according to the University rules and regulations. The Principal of this college is a member of the Board of Studies. The administration of the institute has been decentralized among its three departments viz. agronomy, animal husbandry and extension.
